Requirements

Must have:

- Clear track record of managing and mentoring engineers - Experience leading teams of 4-8 engineers through delivery - Strong hands-on engineering background with real technical credibility - Experience delivering complex, cloud-based systems - Comfortable operating under delivery pressure and ambiguity - Able to explain trade-offs clearly and stand behind decisions - UK nationality or Indefinite Leave to Remain (settled status) - Eligible for UK Security Clearance (SC)
