Technical Lead

Join our dynamic engineering team as a Java Tech Lead, where you’ll drive the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders in a hybrid work environment. Generic Description Key Qualifications: 8–12 years of hands-on experience in Java application development 3 years of experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Technical role Strong expertise in Java (Java 8), Spring / Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build tools (Maven/Gradle), and version control systems (Git) Strong understanding of application security, performance optimization, and scalability Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills ✨ Nice to Have: Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) Exposure to event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Experience with front-end technologies (Angular, React) is a plus Knowledge of DevOps practices and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation) Experience working with distributed or global teams Exposure to monitoring and logging tools (Splunk, ELK, Prometheus) Relevant certifications in Java, Cloud, or Architecture Role Details: Location: hashtagMexicoCity (CDMX) & hashtagGuadalajara – hashtagHybrid (2–3 days/week onsite) Type: Full-time Role Level: Tech Lead / Senior Engineer Focus: Lead Java development initiatives, guide technical decisions, mentor teams, and deliver scalable enterprise solutions Compensation: Competitive salary benefits Send your updated resume to: [email protected] WhatsApp: 52 442 112 3248 Or connect directly with Ami P.
