Title: Technical Lead MS BI Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS & Power BI)

Job Overview: We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise across the Microsoft BI stack—SSIS, SSAS (Tabular/Multi-Dimensional), SSRS, and Power BI—to design, build, optimize. This role requires deep technical contribution.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities:

• + years of experience in Microsoft BI stack - SSIS, SSAS, SSRS & Power BI

• Lead technical decision-making for scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

• Perform hands-on development while guiding junior and mid-level developers.

• Define BI standards, deployment strategies, naming conventions, and performance best practices.

• Design and develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines using SSIS
