Job Title: Technical Lead

Location: Mumbai/Pune/ Chennai

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to oversee

development activities, provide technical direction, and ensure the successful delivery of

products and projects. The role requires strong leadership, architectural expertise, and

hands-on technical proficiency across backend, frontend, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable applications.

● Provide technical mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.

● Ensure timely and quality delivery of projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

● Review code, establish best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

● Assist in resolving complex technical challenges and removing team blockers.

● Prepare and maintain technical documentation and architecture diagrams.

● Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to translate business requirements into technical

solutions.

● Contribute to technology strategy, project planning, and hiring initiatives.

Technical Requirements

● Backend: Node.js, Python (FastAPI)

● Frontend: ReactJS or AngularJS

● Database: MongoDB, PostgreSQL

● Cloud Platforms: AWS / GCP / Azure

● Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, CI/CD, Terraform and containerization tools

(Docker/Kubernetes) preferred.
