Technical Lead

Job Purpose/Summary:

The Corporate Digital Solutions (CDS) team of the Group Digital & IT Department is responsible for global

digital applications used across the Saint-Gobain Group. Within the Purchasing domain, CDS is deploying

the Supplier Portal (Jaggaer) worldwide as part of the NAZARÉ program. To support this rollout, we are

recruiting a Technical Delivery Lead at INDEC.

The Technical Delivery Lead is responsible for all technical aspects of Supplier Portal deployments. He or

she works in pair with the Functional Project Manager based in France, in collaboration with the two

functional consultants at INDEC, and coordinates with SAP teams, middleware teams, technical experts from

Jaggaer editor, and local IT departments. The role covers technical integration, API validation, data mapping,

multi-ERP integration, UAT preparation, hypercare support, and project governance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical leadership during deployments

Lead technical workstreams for each new rollout. Represent the technical stream during project meetings.

Translate business needs into technical actions and challenge requirements when necessary.

2. Integrations (SAP and other ERPs)

Coordinate SAP vendor master integration (ECC and S/4). Understand IDocs, vendor master flows, and

middleware logic. Support integration with other ERPs such as QAD, Movex M3, JDE, Navision and Oracle

ERP.

3. API and workflow expertise

Analyse and test APIs (JSON, XML). Validate mappings, workflows, and technical triggers within Jaggaer.

Coordinate with Jaggaer support to resolve issues.

4. Project coordination

Follow the deployment schedule, track risks, manage dependencies and ensure technical readiness. Contribute

to cut-over planning and hypercare.

5. Support to Project Managers

Provide technical insight and problem-solving to support PM decision-making. Escalate technical issues

timely to SAP, middleware or Jaggaer teams.

6. Documentation and templates

Prepare reusable technical documents such as ERP integration guides, test books, checklists and cut-over

technical steps.
