We work with financial institutions, Banks, NBFCs & Digital lending firms to improve the efficiency of their collection using technology, automation intelligence and optimal legal routes to facilitate the resolution of stressed assets.
With all major banks and NBFCs as our clients, our Saa S-based collections platform helps them efficiently improve their NPA, geographic reach and customer experience. We count most of India's lending majors as our clients such as ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda, etc and have been able to grow 100% Mo M consistently even among the pandemic.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Tech Lead with deep expertise in Python-based web frameworks, scalable system design, and building/optimizing consumer-facing (B2 C) products. The ideal candidate will lead architecture, guide engineering best practices, and ensure high performance, security, and reliability across the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership
- Lead end-to-end architecture and development of B2 C applications.
- Take ownership of scaling, performance tuning, caching, and system reliability.
- Drive technical roadmap, code quality, and engineering best practices.
- Perform code reviews, mentor developers, and ensure high delivery standards.
- Backend Engineering
- Design and build RESTful/Graph QL APIs with Python frameworks (Fast API / Django / Flask).
- Architect microservices and event-driven systems.
- Implement authentication, authorization, session management, and security best practices.
- Optimize database queries, indexes, and data models.
- System Design & Scalability
- Design highly scalable, fault-tolerant systems with low latency.
- Build distributed systems, load balancing, caching layers (Redis/Memcached), and message queues (Kafka/Rabbit MQ).
- Drive cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- B2 C Product Engineering
- Work closely with Product, Design, and Growth teams to deliver user-centric features.
- Build platforms that support high traffic, personalization, and rapid experimentation (A/B testing).
- Optimize applications for SEO, performance, and reliability across devices.
Required Skills & Experience
- Technical
- Expert-level Python with strong grip on at least one modern web framework: Fast API / Django /
Flask.
- Strong experience in designing large-scale B2 C or consumer-facing systems.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, API design principles, caching, queues, async processing.
- Database expertise: Postgre SQL/My SQL, No SQL (Mongo DB/Redis).
- Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in Git, system monitoring tools, logging, and observability.
- Leadership & Collaboration
- Ability to lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and ability to work with stakeholders across functions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, edtech, ecommerce, or any B2 C-heavy product environment.
- Hands-on exposure to ML-based recommendations or personalization engines.
- Knowledge of Dev Ops, SRE concepts, and performance engineering.
