Technical Lead who can drive architecture, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver cutting-edge applications using Full Stack + AI or Mendix technologies.
Must Haves:
8+ years of software engineering experience
3+ years in a senior/technical lead role
Strong background in Full Stack development
Frontend: React, Angular, Vue, Java Script/Type Script
Backend: Node.js, Java, Python,. NET
Experience in either AI/ML (model building, deployment) OR Mendix (enterprise app development)
Strong fundamentals in Java/C++/Python
Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD, Git, Docker, testing automation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
For AI: Tensor Flow, Py Torch, NLP, Computer Vision, MLOps
For Mendix: Advanced Certification, SAP/ERP integration
Experience leading hybrid or distributed teams
Experience across BOTH Mendix & AI (major advantage!)
