Description GSPANN is hiring a Technical Lead with expertise in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud. The role focuses on Retail Execution, Visit Management, integrations, and mobile-first Salesforce implementations using Apex and Lightning technologies.Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) solutions for Retail Execution, store visits, audits, and surveys. Build, enhance, and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative configurations. Implement Visit Management workflows, KPI tracking, and operational reporting dashboards. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and ensure data accuracy and consistency. Optimize mobile and offline user experiences for field sales representatives. Work closely with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions. 12+ years of overall IT experience, including 3+ years in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud. Strong functional understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud. Hands-on experience with Retail Execution, Visit Management, Retail Store Audits, and Order Capture. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration. Solid knowledge of Salesforce data model, security model, and integration patterns. Understanding of Consumer Goods industry processes and Retail Execution KPIs. Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer II or Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional, are preferred. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience supporting mobile solutions for field users. Familiarity with Agile delivery models and Salesforce DevOps practices.
