- Strong hands-on experience with Marketing Cloud.

- Knowledge of MC Connect (to CRM, DC, MCI, etc)

- Configure custom build advanced MC web forms (including utm settings, dynamic content, CRM lookup, CRM updates, etc)

- Advanced knowledge of AMPscript

- Understanding of and ability to write SSJS, JavaScript

- Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

- Build & configure automations for data processing and data import, including data lookup and updates to CRM

- Build & configure customer Journeys

- Manage requests for complex journey optimizations
