Job Description

Provide end-to-end application support for a portfolio of .NET applications, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for business-critical systems, handling incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements while coordinating closely with business stakeholders across LATAM.
Key Responsibilities
Incident Management
Resolve application incidents within defined SLAs.
Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Escalate critical issues to development or infrastructure teams when required.
Service Requests
Handle user requests such as configuration changes, access management, and reporting needs.
Provide timely resolution and clear communication to end-users.
Minor Enhancements
Develop and deploy small-scale changes in .NET applications (bug fixes, UI tweaks, workflow adjustments).
Ensure enhancements are aligned with business requirements and follow coding standards.
