Job Description
**Job Summary**
This position requires a highly skilled professional with strong technical and functional expertise, along with fluency in Portuguese .The ideal candidate should be either strong in Java, specifically Core Java, Spring Core, Hibernate, Spring MVC, and REST Web Services, or strong in .NET, including .Net Core, SQL, React Js, Node JS, ASP.NET Core, and Web API. Additionally, they should possess working knowledge of SQL and PLSQL and excellent communication skills. Life Sciences experience and ITIL V4 knowledge are added advantages.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide Level 2/3 support for the applications assigned; Incident resolution, Service request fulfilment, maintaining and troubleshooting existing applications/systems; working on problem tickets and changes, preparing knowledge articles and supporting Application Managers etc
+ Understand requirements from clients and implement changes by following Client SOP...
