• Lead and mentor engineers across one or several squads, providing guidance on technical decisions, development practices, and problem-solving.
• Ensure high technical quality by promoting Software Craftsmanship practices (TDD / BDD, Pair programming, DDD, Code reviews, Clean code and continuous refactoring)
