BAE Systems is seeking a Technical Lead to support the Navy DoD Supercomputing Resource Center (DSRC), a key national asset within the High-Performance Computing Modernization Program (HPCMP). This role provides day-to-day technical leadership across the DSRC s IT and HPC environment, ensuring stable operations, effective coordination among technical teams, and alignment with HPCMP modernization priorities.
The selected candidate will partner closely with the Site Lead, Team Leads, BAE leadership, and government stakeholders to integrate efforts across systems, networking, cybersecurity, HPC operations, and user support. The position plays a central role in driving technical planning, resolving complex issues, and supporting both near-term operational needs and long-term DSRC strategy. This position serves as a manager and will have direct reports.
