Are you a full stack technologist with leadership experience?

You could be progressing your career in a hands-on technical leadership role at a well established consumer facing financial services company that help people to manage debt, as they go through a technical transformation and scale-up following recent investment.

As a Technical Lead you'll head up a squad or small tribe of Full Stack Engineers, combining hands-on engineering (80%) with people leadership and delivery accountability. You'll be designing, building and reviewing production systems across the full stack (backend, frontend and native), this may include coding, reviewing solutions, supporting delivery, shaping technical designs and working with Product Managers to turn intent into executable plans, ensuring appropriate space is given to planning and engineering excellence.
