Role Overview
As a Product Technical Lead, you will own the end-to-end performance engineering strategy for enterprise-grade applications and platforms. This role demands strong technical leadership, hands-on expertise in performance testing and tuning, and collaboration across Product Owners, Architects, SRE, Dev Ops, and Delivery Teams to ensure performance-by-design and release readiness. You will leverage Infosys Global Delivery Model and best practices to deliver scalable, resilient, and cost-optimized solutions.

Performance Strategy & Governance
- Define performance engineering roadmap, NFRs, and capacity planning aligned with Infosys delivery frameworks.
- Act as Performance SME during architecture reviews, release go/no-go decisions, and production RCA.
- Drive performance KPIs, SLIs/SLOs, and golden signals for critical services.
