Overview
Join our dynamic engineering team as a Java Tech Lead, where you’ll drive the design and development of scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. In this role, you’ll provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and collaborate closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of hands‑on experience in Java application development
- 3+ years of experience in a Tech Lead or Senior Technical role
- Strong expertise in Java (Java 8+), Spring / Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and backend services
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and SOLID principles
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Hands‑on experience with relational and NoSQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
