This role requires deep mechanical engineering expertise, wind turbine technology/installation and service knowledge, and the ability to lead a team of engineers (from entry to senior engineers). The Technical Leader will drive innovation, ensure compliance with industry standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality yet simple mechanical solutions.
