Job Role:
Role and responsibilities:
Business
- Communicating the goals of the company to all engineers and professionals in the team.
- Supervising every phase of the project from start to completion.
- Approving designs and budgets.
- Delegating tasks to engineering teams.
- Supervising staff training as well as equipment installation.
- Performing quality control checks on all systems and products.
- Analysing data and drafting reports for review.
- Audit and control of service levels and operating procedures as per SOP
- Responsibility for the effective management of the strategic direction of the in-scope services
- Communicate with landlord team & AMC partners for equipment issues
- Follow the Incident management process for all Incidents
- Reporting change requests and “out of line” incidents or requests for project work
- Change management-Ensure all the changes are managed as per defined SLA’s
- Updating & Uploading various reports & presentations
- Taking trainings assigned by All the OEMs, client and on LMS portal at various frequencies.
People Management:
- Interface with building users
- Ensuring that all vendor staff understand Authority culture, business principals and comply with all
- Ensuring that ISS team displays a high standard of professional behavior
- Demonstrating commitment to professional development of staff in order to maintain and enhance the knowledge of staff and the quality-of-service delivery
- Coaching and developing technical staff and maintaining positive operations and sub-contract personnel via them
Desired Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in the relevant engineering field
- Experience leading or supervising a team.
- A sound understanding of engineering principles.
- The ability to maintain a positive attitude and restore morale to a team.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
