Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Technical Manager cum Company Level III role based in Chennai. The Technical Manager will oversee and manage projects, provide technical support, and lead a team of qualified professionals. Responsibilities include managing technical operations, coordinating research and development efforts, and ensuring the quality and safety of services delivered. The role also involves planning and executing non-destructive testing solutions for various industrial sectors.
Qualifications
- Should be PCN/ISO 9712 Level III in PAUT & TOFD
- Minimum 10 years experience in NDT Industry with specific experience in PAUT & TOFD for 5 years
- B. Tech (Mechanical) or M. Tech (NDT)
- Strong Team Management and Project Management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and oversee complex projects effectively.
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve challenges with innovative solutions.
- Experience in Research and Development (R&D) to drive advancements in NDT techniques and technologies.
- Knowledge of quality standards, safety compliance, and industry best practices.
- Prior experience in the oil, gas, petrochemical, or related industries would be an added advantage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and an aptitude for working in dynamic environments.
