Responsibilities
- Responsible to manage the design team.
- Responsible for managing the design process using programme/ time awareness andTechnical expertise.
- Supporting, understanding and advising the client as to the requirements and obligations in the development of a building design
- Responsible for encouraging and inspiring design team to produce their best work using theirfull flair, experience, resources and talents in a cost effective way.
- Responsible for attending & coordinating department meetings.
- Ensuring the design process recognizes current legislation, standards and codes of practice where appropriate.
- Responsible for collaboratingwith other departments
- Responsible for delegatingand reviewing team assignments.
- Responsible for creatinginnovative designs, drafts, or presentations.
- Responsible to ensuringdesign quality and that design directives are followed.
