Technical Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Technical Manager to oversee concrete mix design, quality assurance, technical support, and compliance across ready-mix concrete operations. This role is responsible for ensuring product quality, optimizing mix performance, supporting projects with technical expertise, and driving continuous improvement in line with industry standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Mix Design

• Develop, review, and optimize concrete mix designs to meet project specifications and performance requirements.
• Provide technical guidance on concrete technology, materials selection, and application methods.
