**This position is based at RelaxAway Half Moon Cay, located on the island of Little San Salvador. It follows a rotational schedule, including designated periods of work with on-site company-provided housing, followed by scheduled time off off-island. While this role may support both RelaxAway Half Moon Cay and Princess Cays on Eleuthera, its primary location is firmly on Little San Salvador.**
The Technical Manager oversees day-to-day operation and maintenance of facilities and vehicles. The Technical Manager will be responsible for overseeing teams of pool operators, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, painting, masonry, landscaping and irrigation technicians.
This position will report to the Site Engineer, RelaxAway at Half Moon Cay and Princess Cays.
