Technical Manager Hardware

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead Power Electronics Design Engineer with at least 13 years of design experience. In this pivotal role, you will lead a multidisciplinary hardware team and be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of power electronics products, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the team of Electronics/Mechanical/PCB hardware team.
• Manage Product Evolution Process (PEP) topics, ensuring adherence to our design rules.
• Manage product maintenance and evolution topics (Quality, Obsolescence, Adaptation, QVE - Quality, Value, Efficiency).
• Investigate to identify the root causes of design issues, then find and implement effective solutions.
• Perform selection and dimensioning of active and passive components, providing clear justification for the design choices.
