Technical Manager IT Applications

Overview We are seeking a full-time Manager IT Applications in our Olathe, KS location. In this role, you will be responsible for managing one or more teams responsible for delivering, enhancing and supporting the Single Sign-On application and partnering with teams with their integration efforts in supporting Garmin’s strategic and business initiatives. We are looking for an individual who is able to lead, inspire and develop team members by setting clear expectations, goals, providing consistent feedback, training and fostering a collaborative accountable and high-performing team. Ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization, influence others across the organization, experienced in monitoring and alerting tools and is proficient in java programming language with expertise in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
