Job Description

Qualifications & Experience

  1. Valid Chief Engineer License .
  2. Minimum three (3) years of seagoing experience as Chief Engineer on tankers . Experience with electronically controlled engines will be considered an advantage.
  3. Thorough knowledge of Class and Flag State regulations , ISM/ISPS Codes , and applicable maritime safety standards.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office and technical/crew management systems (e.g., Planned Maintenance Systems, DANAOS ).
  5. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills .
  6. Fluency in English , both written and spoken, is essential.
