Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Tech Manager / Sr. Tech Manager to lead our development initiatives in Node JS, React JS, Database, and Mobile App Development. The ideal candidate will manage a team of developers, oversee full-stack architecture, and ensure high-quality project delivery while driving innovation and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional technical team across web and mobile platforms.
- Architect, design, and develop scalable applications using Node JS, React JS, and modern frameworks.
- Oversee database architecture, optimization, and integration (SQL / No SQL).
- Manage and guide mobile app development projects (React Native / Flutter / Native).
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery cycles.
- Review and optimize code quality, performance, and security.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.
- Manage project timelines, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–14 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong proficiency in Node JS, React JS, Java Script/Type Script, and related technologies.
- Solid experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).
- Proven knowledge of database design (My SQL, Postgre SQL, Mongo DB, etc.).
- Experience with mobile app development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
- Exposure to managing distributed or hybrid teams.
