Job Description
The Technical Manager is responsible for leading technical operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring efficient maintenance and service in the automobile/mechanical sector. The role involves supervising technical staff, managing diagnostics, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise technical operations in the workshop or service center.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and automotive issues effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during all technical operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain records of repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance activities.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or B.E. in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
