I’m Currently Recruiting on behalf of my client a Leading tier 1 Main Contractor aSenior Design Manager /Technical Manager
Location: Northampton
Salary range: £90K +package this will be based on experience.
Required: High Rise Residential Projects/ Main Contractor Experience .
Division- New Build - Multi Room -Major Projects
Role Description. Overall
* Report to and assist the Design Director in staff development, project reviews and technical matters for the Multi-room Design Management department.
* Assist in the technical evaluation of tenders and appointment of consultants
* Provide short term or end of project cover for projects.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and report on the progress of allocated staff in the following areas:
* Review project progress with Ops Manager and MQS.
* I ideally meet with project design resources one day per week to support them in their career and on the proje...
