Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operations and Maintenance: Overseeing the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and safety of all technical infrastructure, including service EMS System, aircon, fire protection system.
- Project Management: Planning and executing maintenance schedules (preventive and corrective), infrastructure upgrades, and capital projects.
- Vendor and Contract Management: Coordinating with various stakeholders, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and service providers.
- Compliance and Standards: Ensuring that all operations and projects comply with relevant safety standards, building codes of practice, and regulations.
- Technical Support: Providing expertise and technical support to the construction or facilities team and coordinating with internal and external consultants.
