Technical Manager

In the context of our business development, we wish to hire, for our Pully agency, a future Technical Manager. Job description: Establishing entry and exit conditions, as well as technical inspections and ensuring the proper management of the portfolio based on the owners' instructions and directives. Management and execution of maintenance work, and evaluation of the properties in view of their administration and handling of telephone calls. Establishment and follow-up of purchase orders and estimates. Management and follow-up of claims.
