Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Governance :

  • Lead and manage the ABAP, Basis, Fiori, and CPI teams, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
  • Define technical standards, development guidelines, and clean-core compliant extensibility frameworks.
  • Review technical designs (TDDs), integration specs, and Basis architecture documents.
  • Oversee transport management, system landscape strategy, and release planning.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, security guidelines, and coding standards (ATC, SCI, Code Inspector).

Delivery Management

  • Own end-to-end delivery for all technical tracks across S/4HANA and SAP BTP.
  • Drive solutioning for change requests, new capabilities, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Track progress, mitigate risks, manage technical debt, and ensure smooth cutovers.
