Technical Manager - Shopping Centre

Savills Portugal, holding a prominent position in the national market, intends to reinforce its team with the integration of a Technical Manager for a Shopping Centre in Lisbon.

Reporting to the Centre Management, the Technical and Retail Services Department, and the client, this professional will be responsible for overseeing and controlling preventive, corrective, and operational maintenance, ensuring the proper delivery of contracted services and compliance with technical, legal, and regulatory requirements.
