Job Description
- To play a role to lead technical team members and support technical manager.
- To lead to coordinate (i) Structure, (ii) Architectural finishing and (iii) M&E services with various project consultants and sub-contractors.
- To review and comment on various shop drawings and technical documents based on the consultant design drawings and specification and submit them for consultant's approval in line with baseline programme.
- To communicate with construction team and give necessary support for site issues related to technical matters to them.
- To monitor status of shop drawings, RFIs, technical documents and highlight any delays to the technical manager with reasons for the delay timely manner.
- Carry out design coordination with project consultants and sub-contractors for shop drawing preparation.
- Prepare and submit shop drawings and technical documents for Consultants' approval in line with baseline programme.
