Technical Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
• Work with system architect and pre‑sales team to implement IT/OT systems and network infrastructure solutions in on‑premise, cloud/GCC or hybrid environments and be able to articulate and document the solution
• Work, liaise and lead inter‑disciplinary technical team and stakeholders to design, implement and verify solutions to meet project requirements for performance, availability, resilience, security, manageability, maintainability and compliance.
• Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities of technical engineers in a project to ensure all are actively working toward established milestones and ensure work is completed on time.
• Attend customer meetings, report regularly on progress and monitor project schedule.
