Technical Manager

• Supervision of technical maintenance and daily checks of installations
• Coordination of external services for site operations
• Supporting the Shopping Center General Manager in their daily responsibilities
• Prioritizing various tasks for the technical team, as well as planning and scheduling all necessary repairs
• Enforcement of regulations and norms related to the services supervised
• Daily communication with tenants and their contractors regarding installations, adaptations, and all possible technical and logistic aspects and issues

Requirements:

• Degree in a related technical field such as engineering, construction, or facilities management
• 3-4 years of work experience in facility management
