• MTO/MR Actioning: Efficiently translate issued Documents and Drawings into material requirements.
• Inventory Interrogation: Conduct thorough searches within the ERP system (SAP) to identify available stock and execute reservations.
• Procurement Initiation: Raise precise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for non-stock items, ensuring all technical attachments and required on-site dates are aligned with project milestones.
