Location: AlQouz industrial area 2- Dubai

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for tenders, proposals, and ongoing projects.
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and assist in pricing and cost breakdown.
• Review project designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and coordination drawings for construction projects.
• Provide technical support to site engineers and project teams during project execution.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct quantity take-offs and assist in preparing BOQs and material submittals.
• Ensure timely submission and approval of technical documentation.
