Job Description
The Technical Officer assists the Head of IT in building, maintaining, and documenting the IT infrastructure that supports the tools and services provided by the European Research Infrastructure and smooth operation of IT systems, resolving technical issues, and providing technical assistance to staff.
**Qualifications and Experiences**:
- Academic degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology, or a related field (Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience).
- Relevant professional experience of at least 2 years in an IT support role, with experience in technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and IT service management.
- Experience in coordinating and collaborating with a group of colleagues, external partners, or projects.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Able and willing to travel when required.
**Asset**:
- Work with AI tools.
- Familiarity with EC projects.
- Exposure to an international context.
