Requirements

You will have an HNC/SVQ Level 3, or equivalent, in a relevant subject.

Responsibilities

Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Senior Private Sector Services Officer in surveying properties and examining plans, bills of quantities and estimates at application stage, interim inspections and instalment claims during the progress of work and examining final accounts, in connection with improvement and repairs, including Care & Repair, to private sector properties and evaluating the amount applicable to grant.
