This role supports the smooth operation of modern laboratory facilities and plays a critical part in ensuring safe, compliant, and high quality support for staff, students, and researchers.
About the Role
Reporting to the Technical Coordinator, the Technical Officer will oversee daily operations across a range of STEM laboratories and workspaces. The role provides technical expertise, ensures safety and compliance, and supports both teaching and research activities across PC1 and PC2 level facilities.
You will be a key point of contact within the laboratory environment, offering expert guidance on hazardous chemicals, biosafety requirements, and safe working practices.
