Amplify is looking for a Technical Onboarding Manager to lead new customers from signup to successful launch. This is a customer-facing, hands-on role for someone who is technically confident in HTML and CSS (JavaScript is a plus) and enjoys working directly with Shopify merchants. You will run live onboarding calls over Zoom, configure and customize Amplify for customer stores, and handle behind-the-scenes work to ensure customers go live smoothly.
