BILINGUAL (FRENCH/ENGLISH) - MANDATORY
You are a key team member, the glue between the C-suite and the global dev teams , keeping that ERP-eCommerce pipeline flowing
Your role
- Manage and test the AX Dynamics ERP E-Commerce module in collaboration with the development team and the business team.
- Provide analysis and support E2E flow (frontend, middleware, and backend systems) critical to E-Commerce operations.
- Ensure platform stability and performance
As the eCom Run IT Analyst , your role is the critical link ensuring that high-volume digital storefronts stay operational. You sit at the intersection of customer-facing sales (Hybris), order orchestration (Fluent), and backend financial/logistics execution (AX2012).
Your TECH STACK
- Front-End: SAP Hybris captures the customer journey/ initial order data.
