About the Job:

·      Be part of the team delivering and supporting IS Services.

·      Take end‑to‑end responsibility for applications from AMS support perspectives.

·      Significantly contribute to current and future services delivered to the business.

·      Work in a complex environment of advanced corporate systems, cooperating with country stake holders

You will be mainly accountable for:

·      End‑to‑end responsibility for maintenance of SAP Production landscapes.

·      Collaboration with development teams (internal and external) and other organizational teams to manage integrated, business‑process‑oriented SLAs.

·      Accountability for resolution of How-to, Service requests, Incidents and Standard changes.

·      Triggering and driving service quality improvement initiatives.

·      Building and maintaining vendor relationships.
