Job Description
**Minimum qualifications**:
- Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 9 years of years of experience in Electrical, Mechanical/HVAC, or controls experience in an industrial/commercial environment.
- 3 years of experience in a data center or facilities environment.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship and partnership management in this region.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, or Reliability Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance and engineering.
- Experience communicating effectively with all levels of the organization, including executives.
- Ability to forecast resource requirements in a data-driven way.
