Technical Operations Manager, Third Party Data Centers

Responsibilities

• Understand best practices, SOPs, efficiency improvements, and site reliability.
• Demonstrate broad understanding of data center infrastructure: power systems (Electrical), cooling systems (Mechanical), control systems (BMS, PMS), network infrastructure fundamentals and hardware/server operations.
• Manage on-site incidents and emergencies, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Identify and implement improvements in operations, conveying technical and operational information.
• Collaborate with various teams (GSO, DCOps, NetOps, Security, etc.) and external vendors, implementing changes effectively within an operational environment.
