Technical Operations Planner

Your Role

As a Technical Operations Planner at our Zurich site, you will play a key role in supporting the efficiency and reliability of our operations through data-driven analysis, structured documentation, and governance. Your main focus will be on managing document control systems, ensuring version accuracy, workflow consistency, and audit readiness. By monitoring operational data and dashboards, you will provide insights that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, enabling informed decision-making across teams.

In addition, you will contribute to the development and optimization of processes, support automation initiatives, and drive continuous improvement projects that enhance compliance with quality, environmental, and health & safety standards. Acting as a link between different departments and external stakeholders, you will help maintain the integrity of our operational framework while enabling long-term excellence.
