Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Service Management Specialist . This key position will be responsible for overseeing our Service & Intervention entity, combining commercial oversight, team management and technical reference. The successful candidate will lead a team currently composed of 5 certified welders working on technical sites in French-speaking Switzerland.

About the Role

  • To develop and implement strategies for growing the Service & Intervention activity with construction companies, engineering firms and partners.
  • Analyze needs, propose suitable technical solutions and prepare offers.

This involves taking overall responsibility for planning sites, organizing resources and optimizing interventions while providing technical support when necessary.
