System Maintenance Specialist
This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT and OT infrastructure within a logistics and industrial setting. The position involves maintaining, monitoring, terminal IT health checks, and supporting both IT and OT assets.
Key responsibilities include providing end-user support for hardware and software including Office applications, desktops, laptops printers mobile devices. Maintaining troubleshooting resolving incidents related to local IT infrastructure such as datacenter racks cabling servers storage network equipment Supporting maintaining OT infrastructure assets CCTV radio communications biometric readers OCR equipment vehicle-mounted terminals Managing service requests incident tickets resolving within agreed SLAs Participating in technical projects involving system upgrades migrations deployments Performing routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance reliability Contributing to the IT/OT knowledge base...
