Technical Operator- Dispatch

The Technical Operator — Dispatch is an active member of the Dispatch Team who keeps dispatch systems and export workflows reliable, compliant, and efficient through proactive monitoring, rapid fault resolution, and precise execution of start/end-of-day processes.

They oversee order movements for timely, accurate, and compliant shipment dispatch; coordinate resources and handovers; and maintain clear documentation and communication with IT and vendors, while modelling strong safety, integrity, and inclusive behaviour.

What you will do:

As Dispatch Technical Operator, you will manage and coordinate the daily dispatch team operations to support the Team Leader in meeting customer and operational goals.
