Job Description

This is temporary position for maternity replacement Responsibilities:

  • Setup a project work breakdown structure (WBS) and network (for setting the costs and entering material) in SAP
  • Maintenance of planning costs from calculation as well as for necessary adjustment in SAP (previous listed under primary / now real material costs coming out of the material)
  • Coordinate with Controlling for closing and opening of project phases
  • Manage material creation and all changes. Sending of all information and documents to DataAdmin-Team for creation of new SAP part numbers
  • Creation of Foreign data sheets / Material-Import list for Mass-upload etc.
  • Creation of purchase requisitions for project network in SAP
  • Coordinate with logistics for creation of Purchase Orders to suppliers
  • Determination of packing data according to company Template (Excel format)
